VTBS Architects
Santa Monica, CA
When VTBS purchased a light industrial brick building in Santa Monica, they had a vision of creating a new headquarters which would house their staff of 70 plus employees, while showcasing their extraordinary talents as architects and interior designers. They would need to completely transform the look and feel of the building, both interior and exterior, while creating a functional space and maximizing the usable square footage. All this would need to be done while working within a tight budget. IOS was selected to help VTBS with the selection, design, procurement, delivery and installation of the furniture for the entire project. The collaborative effort was a resounding success. The interior and exterior spaces of the building are spectacular. The space has been recognized with numerous awards, along with being showcased on primetime television shows such as HBO’s “Entourage”.
