Turner Construction
Anaheim, CA
When Turner Construction, one of the world's largest construction firms, was looking to merge their Los Angeles and Orange County operations into a new Anaheim facility, they chose to work with IOS and Haworth to furnish their new, Gensler designed, space. IOS and Haworth provided the wherewithal, breadth of product, and service capability to furnish the 45,000-square-foot project that included 28 Haworth Lifespace demountable wall offices, 110 Haworth Compose workstations, 50 Haworth Masters series private offices, 10 Haworth conference rooms, 200 Haworth Zody task chairs, and 100 Haworth X99 conference and training chairs. The furniture complimented the overall design intent of the project, which was to highlight building materials by leaving the ceiling open and exposing the raw building materials throughout the space. The project was completed in a very narrow time frame to meet the Turner's accelerated move-in schedule.
