Planning/Design At IOS we believe design, planning and value engineering are critical components in the success of every project. The IOS Professional Design Staff is devoted to maximizing your office space without losing your design intent. Our staff of interior design professionals are trained and ready to work with you and your project team (Architectural Firm) to help create a work environment which fits your corporate image and budget. Installation IOS boasts a skilled and highly trained crew of professional installers. They take pride in their work, and are dedicated to the ultimate satisfaction of each IOS client. Because the furniture installation is one of the final phases, it is critical that our project managers coordinate with the other trades involved, to ensure a successful project. Warehouse and Delivery Our warehouse is conveniently located in Central Orange County. Our crew receives and inspects all products before delivery. Additional space is also available for storage of our clients products. Maintenance/Refurbishment Whether it's panel cleaning, reupholstering, painting, wood refinishing or chair cleaning, IOS has many services to offer. After your new product is installed, IOS offers a maintenance program that will keep your office furniture looking like new for a decade. Financing Options Interior Office Solutions provides several leasing/financing options to our clients. Consult with your IOS representative to view budgetary lease numbers for your project. Move/Project Management The IOS Project Management Team consists of a group of dedicated individuals with the knowledge and experience to manage any size of project and/or company move. A successful move is a result of superior planning and absolute attention to detail. The IOS Project Manager will outline a reasonable time line and action list for every vendor involved. This results in a timely and successful move/project. |
