| Executing the project successfully is accomplished by forming a cohesive IOS Project Team. Team members from each facet of our organization are assigned to manage the process internally. Teams typically consist of a New Business Development Manager, Project Consultant, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and a Dealer Principal. Each of these team members is a dedicated professional, intensely focused on delivering a successful project, and "unparalleled service" throughout the process. Upon completion of a project, our "punch-list" specialist will work diligently to ensure that the client is satisfied with every last detail. Business Development Manager The Business Development Manager is an experienced furniture consultant whose primary focus is to establish long-term relationships with new clients. They are responsible for evaluating client needs, determining budgets and providing solutions. They oversee the project team and are ultimately responsible for the overall success of the project. Project Consultant The Project Consultant is a seasoned IOS professional who provides technical design and account management support. Their expertise in providing creative design solutions with the latest AutoCAD and specification software technology, enables them to produce timely, accurate furniture layouts and specifications. They serve as the primary contact to our customers, providing the detailed coordination and management of the project through its completion. Project Coordinator These experienced and dedicated team members are responsible for the placement, tracking, reporting, and delivery coordination of all furniture orders. They are an integral part of the project team, and interface with all team members on a regular basis. Project Manager Our project management team consists of professionals who are intensely focused on the overall success of the project. From projects as small as relocating a few workstations, to a large multi-phase restack involving hundreds of people, we have the experience, processes, equipment and technology to provide flawless performance. Installation IOS maintains a crew of highly trained and certified installation technicians. Our installation crew leaders are some of the best in the industry, and are adept at managing large, complex installations, interfacing with the other trades on the job site, and doing whatever it takes to see that a job gets completed successfully. |
